The volunteer group in Nai Disha has tried to bring in some organization in its functioning to overcome some of the shortcomings experienced over the last year.
A lack of direction - and sometimes conflicting directions - is detrimental to the causes of both the children and volunteers.
Volunteers are however free to work outside this framework - but it has been seen that it works better when we pool in whatever limited time each volunteer can provide.
